Is the product evaluation program open to everyone?

Yes the program is open to all qualified participants. Please contact us by e-mail if you would like to participate.

How much does the product evalution cost?

The product evaluation program is free. FlashSoft SE is a commercially licensed product, but under the evaluation program, you can use the full product without restriction for up to 30 days.

How do I get an evaluation copy to try?

To obtain a copy of FlashSoft SE, or to get answers to any questions about the product or the evaluation program, please send an e-mail to info@flashsoft.com.

Why do I have to e-mail you? Why can't I just download the product?

We are eager to support all qualified evaluators. For best results, we typically confirm your evaluation configuration beforehand - the operating system and applications to be used, the server and SSD hardware, the underlying storage, etc. A brief conversation about these factors before installing and running the software can ensure the success of your evaluation.

What if I need help installing or managing the evaluation product?

We want you to have the best possible experience with the product. When you get an evaluation copy of FlashSoft SE, you have a direct line of communication to our support engineering team. We are counting on you to help us understand your support needs better.
